Apogee is our complete and cost effective service for converting your existing and legacy PDF documents into structured DITA XML.

Under control of skilled operators, we use our specially developed Apogee software to separate the incoming PDF content into DITA topics - chunks of information about specific subjects. This provides the basis for common source publishing - yielding great cost savings and increases in quality.

Apogee builds a DITA map of the document content with automatically generated links to the DITA topics. Graphics can also be captured and incorporated into the system. The process builds a full audit trail, as all operator input is recorded by the sysyem within the actual xml files generated. This is particularly important for the aerospace and aviation industries, where documentation is highly regulated.

XMetaL is XML-based software for structured authoring and content collaboration, helps your organization get to market faster with your information products by bringing structure and automation to managing high volumes of valuable content.
